How we work

How every project runs

The same disciplined system, adapted to each brand.

Understand

Audience, goals, market.

Plan

Strategy, funnel, calendar.

Create

Content, creative, pages.

Launch

Campaigns with tracking.

Improve

Review, learn, scale.

We keep the plan general in public, because each brand deserves its own strategy. What we show is the method, and the method is what you learn in class. Client names and numbers are shared with permission, and some results are under NDA.

What our digital marketing students say

Honest feedback from learners at our Lucknow centre.

★★★★★

I joined Krivi Digital Academy to find the best digital marketing course in Lucknow, and what stood out was that every topic was tied to real agency work. The mentors showed how campaigns are planned for actual brands, and I could ask doubts in every class. I now understand SEO, ads and content as one system.

★★★★★

The AI-led approach is the real difference here. We learned how to use AI tools for research, content and automation without losing strategy. The live projects felt like working inside a digital marketing agency, and the feedback from mentors was honest and specific.

I came from a non-marketing background and was worried. The Foundation programme explained digital marketing in plain language, step by step, and the classes never felt rushed. The team also guided me on building a portfolio and preparing for interviews.

Portfolio

Turn learning into proof of work

A portfolio is the fastest way to be taken seriously.

Pick projects

Choose three to five pieces of work that show range.

Write the story

Goal, steps, tools and result, in plain words.

Show the numbers

Use real numbers only, and label any simulation.

Publish it

A simple page or profile that anyone can open.

For digital marketing case studies, employers and clients prefer a small set of honest, well-explained projects over a long list of tools. Our mentors review each project with you, help you fix gaps and show you how to talk about the work in an interview.

Read our guide on building a digital marketing portfolio and practise with interview preparation.

Beyond a job

Freelancing, consulting and your own business

Digital skills open more than one door.

Freelancing

Work with clients

Many learners start with one or two small clients while they study. A clear offer, a simple proposal and consistent reporting are enough to begin.

We show you how to price your time, set expectations and avoid scope creep, so freelancing stays sustainable.

Consulting

Guide a business

Small businesses often need guidance more than they need a large team. If you understand digital marketing case studies, you can help an owner choose where to start and what to measure.

Consulting builds on strong fundamentals and a record of results you can explain.

Entrepreneurship

Grow your own venture

If you run a shop, a coaching class, a clinic or an online brand, these skills let you grow without depending on an agency for every task.

Many of our learners are owners who want to understand the work before they hire.

Final reviewBefore you are certified

We check progress through small tasks, project reviews and a final capstone. For digital marketing case studies, that means you can show a campaign plan, a working setup and a short report, not only a certificate.

If you fall behind, we tell you early and help you catch up. If you are ahead, we give you harder briefs.

Avoid

Mistakes beginners make with digital marketing case studies

Learn them from us, not from your own budget.

Skipping the goal

Starting work without a clear goal and a single metric makes results impossible to judge.

Doing too much at once

Trying every channel in the first month spreads attention thin. Start with one and learn it well.

Ignoring tracking

If tracking is wrong, every decision is a guess. Set it up first and test it.

Quitting early

Most channels need weeks of steady work before patterns appear. Patience plus review wins.

Mentors help you avoid these by reviewing your plan before you launch, and your results after.

After the course

Support does not end with the last class

What you can still use once the programme is over.

01

Doubt support

Ask questions about your projects even after the course ends. Details are shared at counselling.

02

03

Our method

How we teach digital marketing case studies: the agency method

The same three-step loop our team uses for client work.

Step 1

Plan before you act

Every task starts with a short brief: who is the audience, what is the goal, what is the budget and how will we measure success. Learners practise writing this brief for digital marketing case studies, because a clear brief prevents most wasted effort later.

We keep plans simple and honest. A good plan fits on one page, names one main metric and lists the first three actions.

Step 2

Practise on live work

Plans become real when they meet a live brief. Our learners work on projects from our agency, Krivi Digital, so deadlines, approvals and numbers behave the way they do at work.

Mentors review the output, not just the effort. You hear what worked, what did not and what to try next.

Step 3

Review and improve

Marketing is a loop. After every project you review results, write down what you learned and change one thing. Over a few weeks this habit does more for your skill than any single lecture.

The review notes also go into your portfolio, where employers and clients can see how you think.

This is how every module on digital marketing case studies is taught, whether you join online, offline or hybrid.

Quality bar

What good work on digital marketing case studies looks like

Four signs that a learner is ready for real projects.

A clear goal and a single metric

Good work starts with a goal that a stranger could understand in one sentence. If the goal is "get more leads", the metric is cost per lead or number of qualified leads, not a vague feeling of progress.

1

Evidence for each decision

Every choice, from audience to creative to budget, has a reason that is written down. Reasons make reviews easier and help you repeat what worked.

2

Clean, simple execution

Pages load quickly, creatives are clear, tracking is set up and naming is consistent. Simple, tidy work is easier to scale than clever work that nobody can maintain.

3

Honest reporting

Reports show results as they are, with what went well, what did not and what you will do next. Honest reporting builds the trust that keeps clients and employers.

4
Rhythm

A typical learning week with us

What a normal week looks like, whatever programme you join.

01

Live class

A focused session with demos, examples from client work and time for questions.

02

Guided practice

You apply the lesson to a small task the same day, while it is still fresh.

03

Doubt support

Questions are answered between classes, so small confusions do not become big gaps.

04

Project work

A live project moves forward a little each week, with a clear deliverable.

05

Review and notes

Mentors review your work, and you update your portfolio notes before the next class.

Learning about digital marketing case studies works best in a steady rhythm. We design the week so that effort is spread out, feedback is quick and you always know what to do next.

Skills

Skills employers and clients look for

What matters in 2026, beyond tool names.

Research

Finding the real question behind a brief, and the audience behind the question.

Writing

Clear, specific writing that earns attention and trust without exaggeration.

Data reading

Reading dashboards calmly and turning numbers into the next action.

AI fluency

Using AI to speed up research and drafts while keeping your own judgement.

Communication

Explaining your work to teammates, clients and managers in simple words.

Ownership

Finishing what you start, tracking it and following up.

Knowing digital marketing case studies tools is useful. Showing that you can think, write, measure and finish is what gets people hired. Our programmes train all four, with feedback from working marketers.

AI era

How AI changes digital marketing case studies

Faster work, higher expectations, the same need for judgement.

AI tools now help with research, first drafts, creative variations, reporting and automation. Teams that use them well do more in less time, and clients expect that speed.

AI does not replace the need to understand the audience, the offer and the numbers. It makes weak thinking obvious faster. In our classes learners use AI inside every module, then learn to check, edit and improve what it produces.

We also teach search in the AI era: how answer engines and generative tools pick sources, and how brands become trusted references.

Use AI to draft

Speed up research and first versions.

01

Check the facts

Verify claims, numbers and sources.

02

Add your judgement

Edit for brand, audience and goal.

03

Measure the result

Learn from real data, not assumptions.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about digital marketing case studies

Clear answers to what students and parents ask us most.

1

Are these results real?

Yes. They are from the Krivi Digital work portfolio. Figures are shared with client permission, and some are under NDA.

2

Can I see the exact strategy?

We explain the method in class. Each brand's detailed plan stays confidential.

3

Can I work on live projects?

Yes, in Advanced.

4

Will you help me get a job?

Yes. We stay with you until you are placed. We guide your portfolio and interview preparation, share openings on our jobs page on priority and recommend you when roles match. We do this because we provide every step of the journey ourselves. Hiring is the company's decision, so we focus on making you ready and keeping you supported.

5

Is digital marketing a good career in 2026?

Yes, for people who build real skills. Every company needs customers, so marketing stays in demand, and AI is changing the tools rather than the need. Pay and growth depend on your skills, portfolio, city and experience, and no institute can promise a job or a salary.

6

What is the difference between Foundation and Advanced?

Foundation (30 classes, 2 months) gives you a clear overview of every channel with a mini project. Advanced (50 classes, 4 months) goes much deeper, with live projects in every module, a capstone, a job-ready test and mentor support after the course.

7

Do I need my own laptop?

A laptop or desktop makes practice easier, because you will use tools for analytics, ads and content. If you attend offline in Lucknow, we can discuss lab access at counselling.

8

Which tools will I learn?

You learn Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Semrush, Ahrefs, Rank Math, Screaming Frog, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, Zapier and AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Design and video tools get an overview.
